Persuader

Aaah, that damn Reacher keeps getting himself into wacky situations.

In the persuader, he goes deep cover for the government (off the books, of course) to bring down what they think is a drug dealer.

Reacher, of course, has his own reasons for getting close to this guy and they have nothing to do with the situation at hand.

Persuader is pretty good—one of the better Reacher books I’ve read (and they are all good).
